Our dedicated mold engineering facility incorporates a wide range of high precision machines, including Sodick AD30Ls EDM, BOCHI VMC850 & VMC1060 CNC, TOPS CNC Micro Milling Engraving Machine, and etc. In addition to high precision equipment, we have trust in our highly skilled engineering team, which is comprised of 20 engineers with combined experience of over 100 years. We have production capability of over 300 units of molds per year on top of the daily support to the mold injection department. Thanks to the seamless collaboration between mold engineering and mold injection departments, we have set a record of delivering products to a customer only 7 days after contract sign.
